I've been reading this for a while, and from what I recall it's uncertain whether these cards truly exist to begin with, or the author just makes stuff up as needed.

What I wanna know is, how do I pronounce those asterisks? I'm just gonna assume it should be read as "bleep".

Am reminded of "The Ichinose Family's Deadly Sins", another sort of psychological horror/thriller/sci-fi manga that started out as if it had some big mystery explanation behind it all and soon devolved into a complete mess of contradictory twists and fake-outs that I refuse to believe even the author himself could keep straight. I'm talking levels of "actually the world you thought you woke up in from a dream was also a dream" that would make Inception look like a children's rhyme.

The early chapters went into some dark places and took me by surprise, but as it went on the sun started to break through some of the clouds. I'm not caught up to the latest chapter, but it's not your usual Rom-Com and it's very enjoyable. I'm hoping the anime adaptation uses those early chapters effectively.

Since someone else said something along those lines, I've got to admit that the title makes me think the poor guy needs a prescription for Viagra. And that I strongly suspect there's already a harem parody series or one-shot with that premise.
