Being a long-time reader of the manga adaptation, I have to wonder if it was just pure coincidence, or deliberate choice by the author, but the name given to the mc's elf companion becomes quite on-the-nose once the story reaches a 'certain' point  ..

The music is nice, as is having Nobunaga Shimizaki as the lead.
