Ok it looks great (IMO) but one 47 minute episode? That's an OVA. Will the other stages follow the same suit or will it be a weekly episode run or a binge drop later? Kenichirō Matsuda as Pocoloco sounds great. I can see Chris Tergliafera being the english VO or Phil Lamar but he's not known for anime, mostly western animation and a few video games here and there.

The production values give me fewer worries than with the last footage drop. We have fully shifted back to detailed but selectively animated, as Part 5 proved to be a mirage. It, Baoh and the Egypt part of the OVAs showed how Araki could look in motion, but I´ll take it. Just give me more polish than Part 6 got. It´ll definitely be a hit in Europe!

Oof, the animation is looking rather poor, and if that's what they are putting in the trailer, I'm worrying... Couldn't Netflix spare some'a'dat WB money?

Funny story about that, this is actually produced by Warner Japan.

It's almost like animation isn't a matter of "just throw money into a hole and gooderer animation will pop out". If only ANN did an article recently talking about how that mindset is horribly ignorant

Damn you really think Golden Wind/Part 5 was animated that much better than Part 3 and Part 4? Don't get me wrong, I think it was definitely the best looking of all the Jojo anime, but I didn't necessarily think it was on such a whole different level as to completely stand apart like that though. But ye what we've seen of Part 7 so far definitely seems more inline with what Part 3 and 4 were doing, and not down in the dumps like part 6.
