Looks like the shows on this list are all behind a paywall. I feel like it used to be easier to watch things. The future is dumb.

Angel Cop? REALLY? I remember when the anime came out around the mid-1990s in the US (VHS). I recall the dub changed the situation somewhat, but I also recall that was because the original was...quite anti-Semitic. Granted, I only bought the first tape and thought it wasn't worth my continuing. I read about it in one of the magazines, I think Manga UK.

FWIW hoopla (many local libraries offer some free access) has 7-day RetroCrush BingePass. Four borrows a month will nearly cover the whole month.

However, Full Moon and Hyakusho Kizoku are also streaming legally elsewhere for free, so RetroCrush is just wall-gating because they can.

If its anything, Tubi has these shows to watch free currently...

-Looking for the Full Moon (Subbed)
-Angel Cop
-Lone Wolf and Cub (TV series, and both movies.)
-Bubblegum Crisis (Dubbed)

And yeah, at one point I remember, Retrocrush had most of their library free to watch and some on a premium membership. Now its just like Crunchyroll where (almost) everything on Retrocrush is membership only, sadly (and a few to watch free, but you have to log in to view it).
