At the bottom of everyones post is a button that says pm. Click it.

There is a button that says "pm" within each persons post. If you want to private message that person, click it. Or, go to the member list, find the person you want to PM and hit the "pm" button.

Also you can get into your inbox by clicking the link to the right under Forum Functions between "Profile" and "Logout". It's not a great title though, as text ideally it would say "Inbox-You have no new Messages" and "Inbox-You have '#' message(s)" since there's nothing on the right that actually says "inbox" but that's just php's defult way of doing it. Meh.
