Anyone who's used Winny knows the amount of anime that's being trafficked via it, as well. The items in question were "A Beautiful Mind" and one of the Super Mario games, not anime... but the latter was produced by a Japanese company. Of course, Nintendo's also highly involved in preventing piracy of their games by regularly shutting down rom sites. Anyone familiar with other JP court cases involving online piracy? |
