Dilandau, there are many forums to post ads wanting to purchase and sell cels, gengas, dougas and hankens. I have mentioned this is my previous posts about cels, but you might want to look into joining:

I strongly recommend you do copious amounts of research before you buy, trade or sell. If you are looking to do research on forums and current market trends, lmk as well. Generally, I recommend reading not posting on:

Stuff on Cels can be posted in the anime forum. There hasn't been any demand at all, so I do not foresee a forum dedicated to cels at any time in the near future.

Stuff related to deals will be able to go in our marketplace forum once it gets put online. This project was meant to go ahead in November but has been postponed because we've decided to do a bit more for it.

In the meantime, I am locking this thread since it is against our rules.

However, since AnimeNation is one of our sponsors (I don't know if Davis is from AN or not) I will not be deleting the thread, even if it is a double standard.
