There is a song sung by GUMI on the album Sequence, by oneTone. It's called "Girls be Ambitious!!" and came out a good 6 months before hearing this news.

I smell a copy..

one good thing about fairytail anime is their list of soundtrack,
can't wait for the ED song ft animation
