Uniqlo Celebrates 100 Years of Shueisha With New Apparel Line

Japanese casual wear retailer UNIQLO announced on Thursday that it is partnering with Japanese publisher Shueisha to celebrate Shueisha's 100th anniversary. The partnership is split into three parts with the first part highlighting Weekly Shonen Jump and Young Jump manga, including Gantz, Captain Tsubasa, Kingdom, Kinnikuman, Kochira Katsushika-ku Kamearikōen-mae Hashutsujo, Golden Kamuy, Jujutsu Kaisen, Saint Seiya, Hunter X Hunter, YuYu Hakusho, and Rurouni Kenshin.

The UNIQLO website states the first part of the partnership will feature a series of t-shirts from each manga series. The shirts are slated to cost 1,990 yen (about US$13) each and come in Japanese men's XS to 4XL sizes.
The line-up is set to go on sale in mid-March.
