Shoutout to my favorite Conan film, Movie #8: Magician of the Silver Sky, which takes its place of honor as the movie with the least property damage on this list.

In a lot of these movies, a big disaster occurs but it's ultimately just the backdrop for a murder mystery. In Movie 8, the murder mystery is more of the backdrop, being resolved relatively quickly. Instead the main plot is about preventing a big expensive disaster (in this case, a plane crash.) Since spoiler[ the good guys win and the plane does not crash,] relatively little property damage occurs in the movie.

That said, I have not seen all the Conan films so I had no idea they made a movie where Singapore's tourism district gets destroyed. Not even most battle shonen series give you that scale of property damage.

Beika Town has a murder rate 10 times that of Venezuela and 2,000 times that of Japan as a whole

One of the jokes in the spinoff The Culprit Hanzawa was how Hanzawa kept running into people warning them how dangerous Beika Town was and advising them to leave asap before they were murdered.

Am I misremembering the Rube Goldberg machine-esque orgy of destruction when spoiler[their first failed attempt to land basically levels a major airport]? The fact that that barely cracked the top ten is part of why I love the absurd spectacle-creep of the Conan movies.
