Only Justin Rojas was representing Funimation at their panel at New York Comic-Con. He showed trailers for the Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods film that was recently released, even asking the voice actors Sean Schemmel and Christopher Sabat to come up and talk. “This is new character development, we get to see the characters in a new light.” The bluray release of the Battle of Gods film includes extra behind-the-scenes footage with the voice actors, as well as outtakes and a variety of other material. According to Rojas, Funimation is trying to make this release as special as they can.

The trailer for Bayonetta: Bloody Fate was also shown, which is a film based on first game in Platinum Games' action series; it will be out in time for the release of the second game.

After that, there was some news on release dates: Ghost in the Shell Arise has moved to 10/28/2014, and there are now release dates for the .hack// series; from .hack//SIGN (releasing 2/24/2014) to .hack//Legend of the Twilight, and more. For the .hack// series, the schedule seemed to be every two months, starting in February 2015.
