Though plans for another invasion attempt proceed, Sarge soon settles into the rhythm of modern Tokyo and becomes addicted to anime and making plastic models. Meanwhile, the Hinata household is turned upside down.
The first season of this madcap sci-fi/comedy classic introduces most of the series’ supporting cast of oddballs, including Keroro’s platoon: the cute, mild-mannered Private 2nd Class Tamama, who’s prone to flying into an insane jealous rage whenever anyone gets too close to his sergeant; the hot-temperedCorporal Giroro, the only soldier who takes the invasion plans seriously; Sergeant Major Kururu, the arrogant intelligence officer and inventor who comes up with outlandish devices, purely for his own amusement; and Lance Corporal Dororo, the kind ninja soldier who tends to get left out.
