The Kagerou Project exhibition is heading to Kinokuniya Bookstore New York and New Jersey next month from May 1-17. The exhibit first opened at Kinokuniya in Seattle on April 2 and is running until May 3.
The art exhibit features illustrations from original Kagerou Project character creator Shidu. It's timed to celebrate the newest installment of the novel Kagerou Daze VI by Jin, the special soundtrack boxset Mekakucity M's from Mekakucity Actors, and Shidu's first art book .dsd –SIDU Illustration Works 2011-2015.
The bookstore will hold a concert movie screening on May 2 as a follow-up to screenings held in December. It will include previously unseen footage from last summer's Kagerou Project live concert, and IA's recent performance on Nico Nico Live.
The exhibit will then make its way to other Kinokuniya Bookstores in North America, with stops in Chicago (May 9-24), San Francisco (June 1-17), and Santa Monica (July 1-15).
