Middelsbrough Hosts Nemacon This Weekend

The second Nemacon convention will be held in Middelsbrough town hall on June 18 and 19.
On both days, the events run from 1100 to 1800 and include cosplay masquerades, manga masterclasses, free gaming and anime screenings. The schedule is here. There is also a pre-con Q&A session on Friday June 17 in Middelsbrough Library about manga art, from 1700 to 1830.
The event is open to over-14s. Advance tickets are available from Middelsbough Town Hall Box Office on 01642 729 729 or 01642 815181. Tickets on the door will be £21.50. According to the organisers, "Although we cannot guarantee ticket sales on the day, we believe we ordered enough that our attendees shouldn't be disappointed if they turn up to buy their ticket on Saturday, based on door sales last year."
