FunimationNow's Million Arthur stream debuts on April 25, Midnight Occult Civil Servants on April 28

Funimation announced on Friday that it will begin streaming Midnight Occult Civil Servants and the first and second seasons of Million Arthur on its FunimationNow streaming service this month.

Funimation will begin streaming the English simuldub of the television anime of Yōko Tamotsu's Mayonaka no Occult Kōmuin (Midnight Occult Civil Servants) manga on April 28 at 4:00 p.m. EDT in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.

Funimation describes the series:

When Miyako Arata starts his brand-new job as a civil servant, he's shocked to find out he's not serving the regular public—he's working with supernatural beings! Referred to as “Anothers”, Miyako and his team deals with the trouble they cause, unseen by the human eye. But while on his first assignment, Miyako surprises everyone with an unheard-of ability—he can understand the Anothers!

The anime premiered in Japan on April 7. Crunchyroll began streaming Midnight Occult Civil Servants on April 7 for users in North America, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Latin America.

Tetsuya Watanabe (Rumbling Hearts, Strain: Strategic Armored Infantry, Schwarzes Marken) is directing the anime at LIDEN FILMS. Tatsuto Higuchi (CROSS ANGE Rondo of Angel and Dragon, Schwarzes Marken, My-Otome) is in charge of series composition. Eriko Itō (Hamatora, Danchigai, Love and Lies) is designing the characters.

Funimation is streaming the second season of the Million Arthur television anime of Square Enix's Operation Han-Gyaku-Sei Million Arthur (Han-Gyaku-Sei Million Arthur) massively multi-player online role-playing game as it airs in Japan on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The English dub will premiere on April 25. The anime will stream in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, and Australia.

Funimation is also streaming the first season of the Million Arthur anime weekly, starting on April 25. The company will begin streaming the English dub on May 9.

Funimation describes the anime:

The legendary sword “Excalibur” weighs and measures all. Anyone it deems worthy of gaining tremendous power does so, and inherits the name “Arthur”. However, Excalibur dubs generously. With an overabundance of “worthy” dignitaries, six Arthurs travel to England to defeat the corrupt leadership that plagues their country and the world.

The second anime season premiered in Japan on April 4.

The first anime season premiered on October 25, and aired for 10 episodes. The anime has 23 aired episodes, and the show's sixth home video release includes an unaired episode.

Youhei Suzuki is directing the anime at J.C. Staff. Tsuyoshi Tamai (Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu, Strike Witches) is in charge of the series scripts. Yoshinari Saito (Venus Project: Climax) is the character designer, and Masahito Onoda (Student Council's Discretion Lv. 2, No-Rin) is the sub-designer. Ken Naito (Puella Magi Madoka Magica) is the art director, and Shiho Mizoe (Amanchu! Advance) is the color designer. Yūji Kondō is credited as editor. Yoshikazu Iwanami is the sound director, and Magic Capsule is credited as the sound producer. Gō Shiina is composing the music, with Lantis as music producer. GENCO is producing the anime.
