Crunchyroll Adds Re:Zero Anime's English Dub

Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it has added the English dub for the Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- anime. The company also added the Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian dubs.
The 25-episode anime adaptation of Tappei Nagatsuki's light novel series premiered in April 2016. Crunchyroll streamed the series as it aired in Japan. Crunchyroll is also streaming both the Re:Zero ~Starting Break Time From Zero~ and Re:PETIT ~Starting Life in Another World from PETIT~ short anime spinoff series. Funimation released the television anime on home video with an English dub last June. The anime is receiving a second season.
The Re:Zero Hyōketsu no Kizuna (Frozen Bonds) OVA episode that adapts the meeting between Emilia and Puck will debut theatrically this fall. The original Re:Zero Kara Hajimeru Zenjitsu-tan: Hyōketsu no Kizuna prequel novel was included with the first Blu-ray Disc home video release of the television anime series in Japan.
A previous OVA episode, Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Memory Snow, opened in Japanese theaters in October 2018.
