I'm not sure if this is a bootlegging question; I don't mean it to be, but let me explain.

there are bit torrents for anime fansubs and the site I get them from doesn't do fansubs for liscensed stuff, so I don't think its bootlegging.
is there anything like this for manga?

once again, sorry if its a bootlegging question, I didn't mean it to be, but if it is please remove it

Technically, downloads are IP theft. And giving links to such stuff is forbidden by ANN rules.
