I was wondering if they finished the series all ready on adult swim or did they just stop showing it. I haven't been keeping up with the shows lately in the last year?

Adult Swim never aired Kenshin. It was on that weird Saturday night block when they moved Adult Swim to weekdays only. As with Yu Yu Hakusho, AS gave up the license to toonami. I swear, I cannot watch that show until after the Saint Beast saga when it's on Toonami.

Unfortunatley, they only showed RuroKen as filler untill they got One Piece, which just ticked me off cause it's like their dangling meat in front of a hungry lion (me being the lion). I'm not really positive that they'll show them anytime soon, soon don't get your hopes up, like have. Maybe they'll pick up where they left off in order to fill the slot for newer aquisitions, such as Naruto, and others. Maybe they can show them on Friday nights, instead of those other animes.

They're not going to finish showing Rurouni Kenshin because of religious issues. The last saga has is involved with religious issues and therefore will not be aired.

Two things:
1. The last third of Rurouni Kenshin is not a singlular story arc, but rather a smattering of shorter filler arcs akin to, well, the first third of the series. And the Son of God arc, or whatever it's called, happens fairly early among them.
2. A personal quirk that runs rampant among the DBZ, Yuu Yuu Hakusho, Naruto, Rurouni Kenshin, etc. communities and really drives me nuts (and, sadly, FUNimation has not helped at all ), is that individual story arcs are not called "sagas." A saga is a narrative detailing the adventures (note the plural) of a hero or group of heroes. It's more a collection of stories around that central figure or figures, and what are typically called "sagas" by anime fans are more the individual adventures within the greater, legitimate saga. If anything could be called a "saga" in DBZ or Naruto, it would be the entire series as a collective and not the separate parts. Those separate parts would be the story arcs or character arcs.

Um, you DO realise that outlawwolf has already pointed that out, right? And he even explained it much better, too.

One should learn the English language sufficiently before one attempts to read posts on an English language message board.
As to the topic at hand, do we really want the bastardized Ruroken that aired to reappear? I'm happy for it to be gone until a proper edit is compiled.

alright then half of this forum is off topic but whateva...Cartoon Network only likes to put shows on that ensure you will watch again...they put shows on like DBZ where it thakes 25 episodes to punch some loser in the face...they make all their shows gather momentum and then they replay the series again and again and then the turn it off never showing you any good content!!!! That drives me mad!!!!

Um...duh? Shows that pull in a lot of viewers result in financial gain for all parties involved. That should be obvious, and I don't see why you're putting it in a negative light.

They only "never show you any good content" when the show is both long-running and a ratings bust. You'll do well to note that your example, DBZ, was shown to completion (being a ratings hit & all), and they're even going back and airing the revised version of the first two "seasons" so you didn't miss anything.
