I wonder how long it'll be given the limited number of chapters out so far, or if they'll make up some of their own stories. I hope they do the one where Rock Lee tries to see Sakura's swimsuit at the beach and the one where he goes around flipping girls skirts with his hurricane kick.
Huh, Rock Lee's pretty perverted in this series now that I think about it.
Interestingly enough the anime already did sort of animate a few of the things from this spin-off manga. This spin-off manga goes a bit into Tenten's past and how she became a ninja tool kunoichi and they did an anime episode recently about how she became one after failing out of medical ninjutsu class and stuff. So that was interesting to see Tenten's past.

I actually think it is kind of neat, even if it is a spin off by another creator. I can unabashedly say that as a fan, I wouldn't mind watching it, and I'm ready to take heat for saying that.

Really? Rock Lee is one of the few Naruto characters I actually like. The series would be millions of times better if it was about Rock Lee.

I'm obliged to agree with you. I find him to be entirely overated, and his earnest is just plain irritating. Well, not as if I watch much of anything Naruto related anymore anyway.

While I actually have an affinity for most of the Naruto cast, from what I've heard thus far, they couldn't have done better to pick Rock Lee to mess with. Does anyone else think that in the future we might see more of these spin offs? I can't wait for the day that I get to watch a Kiba or Temari epic miniseries.
