Muneki Osegawa I think I would agree that these are probably the same guys based on the fact that 小笠原宗紀 is listed as the contact person on the company info page, and the works page shows most of the stuff that both of these guys have on their pages, but what makes you think that facebook page is the guy in question? |

Not 100% sure, but I'd say 95%. He lists Kinema Citrus as his employer, and most of his posts on his timeline are anime-related. His self-intro says:
