Hello to everyone!

I'm searching for the name of a TV anime.
I've been watching this anime on TV during 80's, along with other anime as G-Force and Candy Candy.

The story was the following:
A boy has found a starship burried (or something like that) that it was completely forgotten, hidden.

This starship looked like a real ship but it had a powerful weapon in front of it. When this weapon was activated a laser beam was coming out of the ship's stern (something like the death star in Star Wars).

The boy was the captain of this ship and his task was to save the world (again!!!) Wink

Please healp me with this one! I will bang my head on the wall!
