While you wait for the relaunch of the Evangelion Schick Razor campaign you can check out Vertical's excellent release of Gundam: The Origin which includes an essay by Hideaki Anno complaining about the commercialization of anime.

The figures that come with the clock and the ones packaged with the razors in the third picture from the top look like 1/6 scale figures that Kotobukiya made a couple of years back (the mangled bases are pretty distinctive). I wonder how much the razor plus a 1/6 scale figure (if my figure-eyesight, which I trust, is correct) will set you back?

I was also trying to figure out what's going on with the Hello Kitty that's right behind the big cardboard Rei.

Saw these in the Evangelion store in harajuku last year, looked really impressive but were sold out at the time, nice to see they are getting a restock.

Eneded up buying the schick razor box set with phone charms in it instead lol Smile

I`m in Osaka at the moment (going home tonight), I saw a carton of the razors outside a drug store in Denden Town. I was tempted to open the box and dump all the razors out, and then run off with the carton. Why? On the side of the carton the Nerv logo is stencilled on it.</fanboy>
