I wanna subscribe to it but in the beginning of 2007 so I get every issue for that year. But when should I do that mid December?

I'd try earlier. I think it takes about 6 weeks to start receiving a new subscription. Try in November, if you get a December issue **shrugs** what does it hurt?

Yeah, I did one at the very beginning of some month, and they skipped an issue, so i had to run to borders and get it.

So you're saying that they don't release issues monthly?

Shonen Jump USA does have a monthly release schedule, and they're pretty darn consistent about it. However, as with any magazine subscription, processing new orders takes some time. Nearly all magazines I've seen will have about a six-week turnaround on releases, and some of them are even longer.
If you subscribe in mid-December, you might start receiving issues with the January 2007, but it's more likely that you would begin receiving the magazine with the February issue. Worse comes to worse, you pick up the issue you missed from the newstands. I think you can also order back issues from the Shonen Jump website.
