So is this movie the ending to the manga's story, or is it just another filler movie? I'm still trying to wrap my brain around it. If it's the ending, why not make it in manga form first? I'm not anywhere near caught up with the series though so I have no clue about anything related to Naruto lately. *Sighs* I'm so far behind.

Sakura has become beautiful; not much difference in Shikamaru, it's a subtle change. Has he become ANBU or is that a Sand jacket?

I highly doubt there will ever be a part 3. Many people have dropped the series since the war started. Naruto just kinda started dragging on at that point. But I think there will be a timeskip for the movie. Its probably just to show the characters as adults. I kinda hope this movie is a bit longer and it shows more of the characters than what we got in Road to Ninja. |

Best theory I've heard is that the story will be canon to the manga, but not actually spoil the manga's ending since the TV anime won't have gotten to that point yet by the time the movie comes out. That would also mean the manga would wrap up prior to the movie's release. The manga could really end any day now, every chapter feels like there's only a few left. It's also possible that the manga will end with a time jump that carries into the movie. Emerje |
