That's a really bad temporary tattoo. When you put it on, the words are backwards.

Unless the thing is clear and you can see what it says...

I didn't think of that! Maybe that's the point, though...wait in line however-many-days for a garbage, misprinted tattoo Very Happy

Well...At least Vice and Perry got what they wanted, even if they have to stand in front of the mirror to properly read the tattoo.
