The decisions behind the creation of this game makes no sense. Nothing really new is being added to this game that other fighting games don't already have, and Team Ninja is actually taking things away from the franchise that older fans have come to enjoy and expect out of of it. So who's this being made for? No jiggle physics, no level transitions when being knocked from one platform down to another, and no real change to the combat inputs. Basic costumes that we've seen before are being promoted as DLC, and generic new characters that create no new model types are being advertised.... Aaannnd, what else? This might as well be promoted as a female-centric Tekken clone *shrugs*
