Another great in SciFi art has gone along with Ralph McQuarrie (7 years ago). They inspired a generations of artists so their art goes on and it will be interesting to see where it all goes. RIP

Syd's art is still amazing, his contributions to all the franchises he worked on will last forever, and sepaking of which I really like the design he did for the main mobile suit in Turn A Gundam, it's a very different but unique design.
