I'm not the only one who hears the audio sounding rather unsettling and unbalanced, right? It definitely got the creep factor down.

Without spoiling too much, it's supposed to. The music fits the series 100% 10/10. I was a little worried because spooky anime don't always go so well and "scifi" isn't the best descriptor for the series, but this has me incredibly hopeful they'll do the novels justice.
