This game has actually already been deemed by Bandai Namco as being canon to a larger timeline of games going all the way back to Galaxian in 1979. I knew that Dig Dug, Baraduke, & Mr. Driller were all in the same universe, but I had no idea that they also shared a universe with the Galaxian/Galga series, Cyber Sled, Starblade, Bosconian, Burning Force, and even freakin' Ace Combat 3!
