So another rom com where the supposed girlfriend is a "bully" to the constantly rejected male MC?
I suppose that's better than a violent tsundere, I guess. :/

Totally enjoying the light novels. I know it looks like the same old, same old, but if they go all in with the video game creation angle it will be a whole lot better. But, if they stick with the romance angle, there are some different things going on. I'm looking forward to this and where they keep the attention.

It's funny now hearing Sayumi Suzushiro as Iroha and thinking it reminds me of Himari in the currently airing Can a Boy-Girl Friendship Survive? who is also voiced by her.
At least the anime is finally coming out.

I've read a few volumes of the manga, and this isn't quite right. Romance doesn't even directly come up for a spell so it doesn't fall into the same ballpark as "rejected" MCs, and if you're talking about Iroha, she's closer to straightforwardly 'obnoxious' and pestering like a familiar little sister of a good friend. They trade barbs; it's never felt unequal between them, personally.

I see. I was under the impression that it was based on the synopsis. I wish the description was a little more transparent on what it actually was than what was described. Like just call it,
an annoying little sisterish comedy with emphasis on game development.

I read like 10 chapters of the manga too. the romance is there, but it's slow or i guess it's one-sided with the girl liking the MC and him thinking he is just being teased. but there is a big focus on the game development too so it wasn't too bad. It was interesting, but I guess after a certain point it got a little frustrating to see the mc either being a bit naïve and/or indecisive. who knows, maybe the anime will turn out better.

Yeah, I get it. But nah, in some ways, it's a fairly straightforward love triangle that, at least, doesn't pretend not to be one so much as it consciously has other stuff going on, with the game dev playing a central part of everyone's life.
For better and worse, you can definitely tell it's a Mikawa Ghost story, haha. Not that I consider myself a fan, granted.

Read three volumes then dropped it.
The whole game development part is boring and meaningless, all the girls are annoying tsunderes for absolutely no reason, and the MC is dumb as a brick
I've already seen a dozen of these, with much better plot and humour. I dont think I'll even bother with the anime.
About the same level and quality as Girls Beyond the Wasteland. Anyone remembers that? No reason to.
