The article doesn't mention it but it's USA/CA only according to REMOW.

So is this going to be the new normal for Remow releases?

What do you mean by "new normal"? If anything, REMOW's release strategy is wildly inconsistent across titles. Tougen Anki was distributed across multiple paid platforms like CR, Netflix, Amazon, etc. Watanare and Nube were distributed through their YouTube channel, with them just unlocking SEA region for Watanare in the last 2 days while Nube is still not released in SEA. Their sublicenses in Europe is also inconsistent. Watanare and Nube weren't sublicensed to ADN. Tonbo, Your Forma and Tasokare Hotel did.

Can't forget the streams on YouTube for 1-week only for most of their shows too.

Cool. I've been helping myself to this via... "other" ... means, but happy to have a legit way of watching it.

Even that is inconsistent. All of the limited time episodes are still up on YouTube.

The limited release can sometimes start at episode 4, you'll see a banner on all the new episodes showing 1 week only. There is also a chance that it all gets take down after the season is complete.

^ Hell Teacher Nube is a good example of this rule.

I think Remow is serious about being a contender in the streaming wars after seeing this announcement. I thought they would be another RetroCrush.

^Yeah, they've also gotten in the co-production game now, as seen with new Nube, which will be interesting if any deals happen later on like for home video outside Japan.

Why are they just dropping five episodes of a new show in the middle of August?
