Another one I used to read a while ago; I remember being quite fond of it.

Were those AI voices promoting the show or actual human voices?

Ain't heard any AI voices at all in the trailer with the Japanese voiceover.
Aren't you got confused with watching the trailer with crappy AI autodubbing "feature" that is shoveled to the throats by Youtube with enforcing it on mobile clients somehow?

Dang, when was the last time Shizuka Ito was the Main Heroine in something? Let alone as a busty elf whose outfit can't keep her boobs contained.

Will there be romance between her and the MC?

Also Lamalfa Michelle TATEYAMA is quite the stage name.

Didn't we already have a strongest appraiser anime earlier this year? How many of these things are there?

Well, with a title like this it's an easy one to skip. Next.

The fact that dude wants to return home is a nice bit of plot you rarely see in modern isekai, but outside of that this looks SUPER by the numbers.

I think we've had multiple (well, not this year, but just in general multiple appraiser anime). I swear "appraiser" isekai is practically becoming a sub-genre of isekai itself.

This used to be the hook for like 90% of classic "Isekai" anime
Escaflowne, fushigi yuugi, twelve kingdoms, etc. Even "those who hunt elves"

But at some point the idea of the main character wanting to return home became out of fashion and rather they just want to live their best life in the Isekai...

I wonder if anyone has ever done a study tracking this and connecting it to the sentiment of young people in Japan over the years... I bet there is a correlation
