Now that i hear FUNI will be releasing Shaman King UNCUT i am now intrested in the anime. I wanted to know if the anime followed the manga at all, and which do you prefer, the anime or the manga??

Ya, just like any other FUNimation show :\. *cough*Dragonball*cough* I find that the manga in any case is better since there are no commercials, you don't need a DVD player and it's portable. |

You make it sound like it's FUNi's fault...  It's true for probably 90% of the manga to anime adaptations ever made.

All the names are the same, and the story's the same. They are little differences since you have to make cuts because it is a TV show and not a book. |

the manga is 100billion times better. they change the story too much with the anime. and morty becomes marty, and ren lenny, which i hate. and they just mix up the events in the beginning too much. ugh.
