Hmmm, I think Libre's already doing something like this with their Animix DVD. Of course this one's free as oppose to Animix which is for sale, but the concept is similar (minus the colour?).

I wonder if this is the same Animix company? I hadn't heard others were doing it. Not that I keep up on Japanese motion comic news LOL...
The Libre Animix DVDs are still in the works btw. They're still being worked on. Evidently it's incredibly labor-intensive, so I'm betting this free one is quite short.
