If he asked his name to be spelled like that could you include it as a note. If not, well, 昇 is Noboru, not Noburo. Any dictionary would tell you that. Nobody's called Noburo. Not even Noburou.
While I'm here I'm fairly sure #9496 Noboru Ishikuro si a duplicate. |

Your information is correct; his name is Noboru ISHIGURO (石黒 昇; いしぐろ のぼる) and can be found in furigana at ACE and m-serve. However, I'm afraid that I can't help you, for someone else had merged the correct entry (Noboru ISHIGURO) into the current incorrect one (Noburo ISHIGURO, #8366). Any attempt to create a new entry with Noboru ISHIGURO will be renamed to Noburo ISHIGURO automatically.
 We may need Admin level clearance to solve the problem.
