Their site just updated with the following: As we watch events unfold in the Southeast, our hearts goes out to those affected. Certainly it is a disaster down there, and the cleanup will take quite some time.

Due to post office and UPS requests, we have suspended shipments to many locations in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama until further notice. Customers who might have an open order with us in the affected area can contact customer service at (800) 338-6827 to redirect outgoing shipments or revise or cancel any items or orders you might have open with us. Our people are here to help.

A list of zip codes where service has been suspended is located here.

Please take a moment and consider how terrible a disaster this is for those affected. They've likely lost everything and won't have a chance to get home for some time. Consider making a donation to help support those aid workers who are working hard to help them.
