I just got this and I was wondering if any one knows if there was supposed to be a booklet inside the dvd case. Mine did not have one and if it was supposed to I want it thanks in advance.

Will there be a box to hold all the remix DVDs? I dont want to buy the DVD alone, when a box comes out with the first volume in it.

There'll most likely be a box set for the first volume. (I wouldn't recommend waiting though, I just got it last week and the surround sound is just excellent. So much fun to jam to.....(However, you'll probably save a lot more money than me by waiting to buy the whole group.
 ))

On a similar note, for the regular Bandai release of GitS 2nd Gig was there supposed to be an insert inside?
