I didn't see it say anything in the terms and conditions. On the other hand, it is limited to North American residents.

ANN, thanks for throwing the credit my way for that newbit. I thought it would be nice to share that information with everyone here and I believe this marks the first time, besides the Disney Rebates, that a rebate offer has been offer for some anime titles that fans purchased.
