Yeah it is. It's Volume 6 with a special tin case, which just holds volume 6. I read somewhere that it was just to appeal to people who were buying presents during Christmas season. The only place I've acutually seen carry it though has been Hot Topic. I payed $12.50 for it, Hot Topic was having a 50% off sale. I've seen a couple still on the shelf of my local Hot Topic so you might want to check yours if you plan on ordering becuase after shipping, the price might be the same.

Oh I see. Thanks for the reply, I just questioned it's authenticity because no big retailers sell it and it's not even on Geneon's website either. I've checked Best Buy, Rightstuf, Deepdiscountdvd, and many more and none of them carry it so I was starting to think it's fake.

I was skeptical when I saw it too. I thought it was a shirt in a tin case for some reason. Hot Topic tends to get a lot of exclusive packages. They also had Thundercats season 1 in individual volumes with some cool slipcases.
I checked Hot Topics page and apparantly they have removed this item from their database. I guess it was a limited quantity. |
