So how much is Akira's dental plans to keep those teeth shining?
Good episode overall. I'm not sure I like that new guy with the green outfit though or his team so far. Then again, he seems to be the competitive type so I expect...high level competition to come in this final round.

Season 2, Episode 5
The after credits bit made the entire episode. The whole team ends up joining in on the Love Hime song, it was awesome. Hime Hime!
Did they just make a character hit on our female support member so we would hate him. That is kind of a cheap way to do things.

It just hit me that Midousuji's protege is wearing braces, in a place not generally known for its orthodontia. That's some serious hero-worship there.

Braces cost upwards of $10,000 in Japan.
I actually read Volume 19 at a manga cafe yesterday, and Episode 5 was basically a page-for-page recreation. It felt good to know what was going to happen for once in a while...

Season 2, episode 6:
Great episode. I love all the build up in the first half with the intimidation. Despite finding it a bit creepy, Machimiya is quite an interesting character. I wonder if we'll learn more about his past like some of the other aces.
The snake imagery was pretty intense in the second half imo and I think we'll see plenty more from where that came from.

Hiroshima's ace brought in some additional stress.
Him feeling up Kinjou & Fukutomi was just weird & inappropriate.
Guess his tactics was to mess up their concentration.
He sure got to Onoda..
Day 3 finally started!
Imaizumi tailing Shinkai.. not an easy task.
Sohoku-Hakone collaboration was interesting.
The pack could be a dangerous thing.
Hiroshima's ace is totally using those desperate riders.

Season 2, Episode 6
A giant snake, that is the most ridiculous symbolism I have seen since Saki. That is this show, it is dramatic, but crazy. Wait, is this reverse gender Saki?
How effective is the whole wind resistance thing anyway?

Hurray, it looks like Mido got his emergency veneers after all!
Machimiya will have a great future in politics, or world domination.

Wind resistance is the biggest single factor in cycling, bar none.
Its HUGE.
In fact, wind resistance is the biggest factor in virtually all sports, second only to gravity.

Season 2, episode 7:
Great episode as usual as the momentum of the race is still strong and intense. I hope Sakamachi can pull it together though as his fear has been growing lately.
I also had a good laugh at the end there with Andy and Frank this episode

Imaizumi barley managed to catch up to Kinjou.
He kept getting one shock after another.
It was like other riders were playing with him.
Still, it was obvious he isn't strong enough to ride with the aces.
The pack was just scary.
They are getting dangerous.
Even Onoda was feeling it.
Damn, 3rd day race takes no prisoners..
Hiroshima guys finally made the first move.

Season 2, episode 8:
Arakita is so freaking in the latest episode. He rides the wind and is definitely on fire along with Minami and Sakamachi. It'll be interesting to see how far they will go (especially Sakamachi imo since he is the underdog of the trio so far).
Great episode. Lol @ the credit. Poor Andy and Frank

3rd day race sure is getting intense!
Those Hiroshima guys totally used the pack's naivete.
It's too late for them, but Onoda wasn't giving up!
Teaming up with Hakone guys was the best choice.
This time Onoda was be able to learn quite a lot!
Hope Arakita, Manami & Onoda take down the Hiroshima roaches.
Great episode!

The part where they're skimming the reflectors was super cool...

Season 2, episode 9:
Great episode. An interesting alliance formed against Hakone (although I still think Hakone Academy will be able to defeat them). On the other hand, I find the little water bottle story to be interesting.
But seriously, whoever wins this really deserves it for all the efforts they are pulling through. I also love how cool Arakita is playing this.
