Shinji's and Asuka's lines are easy, but I'm at a loss for the others, though I suspect Mari's is partly nonsense. Is Rei's "I can be replaced"?

Kaworu: The time has come...


Note: Rei's line is from end of Rebuild 1.0, during Shinji and Rei's conversation (edited a bit, not the whole line as in the original scene)

Mari's line is from beginning of Rebuild 2.0, when she was piloting Eva unit 5

I'm not sure which scene Kaworu's line is from.

I'm pretty sure Kaworu said that, or something similar, during the end credits scene at the end of Rebuild 2.0.
