...is inaccurate. The Heisei 15 are the main Riders from the Heisei shows, so the only Rider from Gaim included in that count is Gaim himself. Which is to say that the movie actually features more than 30 Riders, thanks to Gaim's other Riders and some secondary Riders from past shows.
