it follows ... director Isao Takahata as he worked on the film Kaguya-hime no Monogatari (The Tale of Princess Kaguya)

Takahata's in the film for about four seconds, and the documentary doesn't really follow the making of Kaguya at all. It's about Miyazaki and Ghibli in general, with the last third of making The Wind Rises and then Miyazaki's retirement providing the focus.

Isao Takahata and His Tale of Princess Kaguya is the one that's about Princess Kaguya.

Does that Kaguya documentary have a release with subtitles? I'd totally love to know more about the process of making that film. I was pretty disappointed that him and his movie got shafted in The Kingdom of Dreams and Madness.
