I'm not really much to care about live action...anything really, but seeing some of Seki's games be acted out sounds entertaining.

I'm not sure Seki would work well in a half-hour format unless the producers take an abundance of creative liberties.

Tonari no Seki-kun and Rumi's Phenomenon together are half an hour. A Seki episode will be ~10 minutes of that.
