OP #76 after 9 days had 2,396,122 copies (27 december - 4 january)
OP #77 after 10 days had 2,298,651 copies (april) OP #78 after 10 days have 2,281,473 copies (july) 29 days sells of only these 3 volumes equal around 7 mln copies in this year. Rekt other series.

Releases for One Piece seem to be slowing down though. This year it's been April and July, and then probably October. Hopefully we get four releases again next year. Volume 79 will come out and then we get the big eight zero coming up. Hard to believe there are that many volumes now.

^ Shueisha is promoting digital manga too, lately, so that's probably the reason.
