Why do you even care??!?
Move on, spend your energy on something else!
Complaining about what many other people like is not a productive use of time!
There's plenty of anime I don't care for -- a lot of it is the Shonen Jump stuff that seem to be the most popular series in Japan and the US right now.
I'll admit that of what I DO like, much of it isn't very good. Half of the Gundam shows are crap, including probably at least a quarter of the UC stuff. 2/3 of the Macross spin-offs and sequels are lousy as well.
But I'm not going to personally demand those these things die out or spend my time annoying people who ENJOY this stuff.

Will it be as violent as the anime? The anime had high level of blood and gore as if it was made as a 80's-90's OVA title.

My guess is there will be blood, but it will be Adobe After Effects jam splatter. Then again, I'm not sure this is even pushing that level of production value.

There's a pretty good reason for that: It's because Blood-C and Blood+ were based on an OVA that was released in 2000, called Blood: The Last Vampire.
What I don't understand is why Blood-C, of all the versions of the stories, is getting a live action adaptation. Especially after the series was an economical failure in Japan, although I hear that the anime movie did fix a few problems with it...
Although I haven't seen any of the Blood anime so I'm probably not one to talk.

Blood keeps getting worse with every iteration. I liked the idea and the story, but at this point it feels like they are milking the world's dryest cash cow. It was serviceably entertaining, not a masterpiece that warrants a dozen different takes on the story and universe.
