^But Part 4 is perfectly watchable as a stand-alone. My brother who hated Part 1 and never got into 2 or 3 watched it and enjoyed it. Bleach doesn't make sense if you don't start from the beginning because every arc is inter-connected to some extent, especially the first two

Yes it is seeing as how many different series for Jojo there are. There's only one Bleach. |

The only connection Jojo Part 4 has to previous parts are two supporting cast members who were main characters in part 3 and a few small references to their previous adventures. Each part of Jojo is basically an entirely new series. (Part 4 is also a logical place to start for the live action adaptation as it's entirely set in Japan, unlike previous parts. I doubt a Japanese live action film would pull off 19th century England the same way they could 1999 Japan.)
Bleach on the other hand is Ichigo's story from start to finish. |

Eh, it'll probably suck especially considering it's being made by the guy who did those awful Gantz movies.
Then again, Bleach kinda sucks to begin with so. |

It definitely looks a lot like the GANTZ movies to me. And those are among my favorite live action manga adaptations. So I'm pretty excited for this.
