I didn't expect this to be made into an anime at all. Mostly because it's pretty short. Now, when will I hear news of World's End Harem having been greenlit for an anime adaptation?

In real life, such teachers would be arrested or sued for having such close relationships with a <18 student. That' what makes fiction enjoyable, to a degree. |

We had a similar situation in high school too.
Depends on the location. Most locations in the world have age of consent below 18 and some may not have laws against students and teachers. At worst teacher would be fired, but not prosecuted. It varies in the US as well. There have been a few news stories where the student has come to the teacher's defense, and one I recall with the parent's support. |
