One of the things CCTV and cell phones are good for. Destroying property is not celebrating Halloween.

I was in Japan during Halloween, and one thing I've always wanted to do was go to Shibuya at that time. But I went to Odaiba instead. When I saw pictures on Twitter, I was very glad I went there instead.

I'm so glad they're caught.
Some people think halloween gives them some sort of excuse to trash streets and
vandalize properties.
