Ah, that's why it looks like a BL, maybe... Looks pretty, though. I'm so sick of seeing normal high schoolers in anime (or normal short-haired people in general, as opposed to like, the elegant, long-haired characters in things like Touken Ranbu), but this does look pretty. |

This looks actually quite decent. As long as its not some BL bullshit, this sounds like a lot of fun.

Good!! My only hope is that the characters won't all be 6 foot tall stick figures, all out really did show the "average" rugby build really well.
It's just a shame that people automatically assume this will be BL due to the character designer having written predominantely BL... |

I'll just say it: If this is a compelling rugby sports anime, I will be fully on board. If it has any subtext (or overt text) of BL I honestly couldn't care less. I've enjoyed the character designer's personal series so whether or not her contribution ends at the designs or extends into the story, I'm hoping for a well-written sports series.
